Horrible customer service!!!!

Horrible customer service follow up after a simple billing error. I used an old credit card and clicked that instead of cash so inpaid the cash to the driver.

Since then Bolt has been trying to debit this old card over and over even after I told them the driver was paid in cash.

Why cant they phone or just stop harassing me and expecting a double payment?
