Horrible and traumatising experience at the hands of a Taxify driver!

I requested a taxify from the Shaka airport to Sydenham on Friday around 5.30pm and had the worst and traumatising experience which I can't get over even now. After requesting the driver called me. He said I should come outside the boom gate so he could pick me up but I told him I could not. Had my my 6th sense told me this driver was ***** i would have cancelled the trip right there.So he said he would come get me by Spur. He did, picked me and we drove a few kilometres and then he suddenly stopped his car in the middle of no way and said the car did not have any power. The time was now before 6pm and it was now getting dark, he said he would call one of his friends from taxify to come within 5 minutes and get me but the time dragged to 20 minutes and there is no car, by this time I'm so frightened I don't even know if he is gona **** or **** me. He doesn't even cancel the journey. He doesnt even apologise or try to calm me. Im asking him why he came to pick me up if he knew that the car had a fault. He tells me that what was he supposed to do if his boss had asked him to just use the car like that. And by this time i feel like im just waiting for my death here. Luckily another car stopped and the driver was asking him what was wrong, without thinking twice I quickly jumped out of his car and ran into the car that had stopped and asked the driver if he could take me to Gateway mall. He l saw how frightened I looked and he didn't argue and took me to the Gateway mall, he tried to calm me but i was just a mess he asked if he could order another taxify for me, I thanked him for his help and told him that after the experience with that taxify driver I wld rather walk to Sydeham. From Gateway mall I had to use public transport. I reported my case to the Taxify support team but no one bothered to reach out to me and I'm still so traumised to think what could have happened to me if that good Samaritan had not stopped. He probably would have ****d and ****ed me. I told myself that I would never ever use that taxify thing again, and wanted to share with others the experience I had with taxify.
