Harrassed by Driver

<p>On Tuesday morning i requested a taxify to oick me up from my house and drop me off at a friend very close by. The driver who took my trip up was supposedly 6 minutes away. He ended up taking about 15 minutes to arrive. Upon completing my trip, I paid him in cash and gave him a R50 note for a R20 trip. He said he had no change and said I should get out the car and go ask builders who were sitting on the side of the road. This to me was very strange as he was the one who needed to give me change ( he was holding the R50 at this stage). I also explained to him that i was very late as is so could he please make a plan fast.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short,I ended up giving him that R50 and getting out of the car. I sent him a message this morning askig him to please try and organize to get me my change or if he could please drive me the same route again to make up for that money. At this stage I had also sent your support team a message and got a response saying that I needed to report this driver ( how?where?I already rated him 1 star). The driver rep**** and started shouting and threatening me saying that I could report him all I wanted that would not get me the change any faster. The way in which he was writing to me made me feel very uncomfrtable as it was very aggressive and threatning. I have tweeted to your team and have also not recieved a response. Nor have i recieved a response from the support team. Please sort this out ASAP, your repuatation is already suffering due to similar stories.</p>
