Handbag ******? I'm scared. Bad service.

I got a Taxify on Saturday and forgot my bag and called the driver and he was a little confused and mistaken me for another rider. Cut long story short I still don't have my bag, it has my license and no one is contacting me. I don't know if I'm ****** because Uber has never done something like that to me. I'm upset, I can't drive my car coz I don't have a license and they are just quiet. The driver was rude when I called and told me that he will tell me when he has a trip in my area. I'm so sad and disappointed in Taxify as this was my 2nd Taxify attempt.
