Grossly overcharged!

My usual trip from work to home is maximum R30. On the 16th August the driver dropped me off at home and did'nt end my trip until around 23:00 pm and my card was deducted with R382. After a long back and forth taxify agent promised i would be refunded in 7-14 days. 14 days is up and no refund, now i cannot chat to the agent as they closed the ticket and i cannot start another ticket for the same issue with the same ride. Taxify is terrible!!
