Ghost discount voucher

Hi, I registered my card and was to receive a R100 discount on my trip. Very conveniently both my cards were not registering for payment, the app kept cancelling the trip, eventually I had to change mode of payment to cash so the taxi could pick me up. Cost me R142. This is unacceptable as I feel I have been **********. :-(
