Frustrated Bolt/ Taxify User

1 star is too generous! I've had two experiences with one driver who is somehow de*****ing the system. I take the taxi every morning for the same distance so I know what the prices should be. Somehow, when this driver takes me the price is double. There is no number for Bolt/ Taxify and they do not answer emails. What protection do consumers have against this company?
