********** transaction and Arrogant driver Mlungisi

Tried to use my "PROMO" voucher this morning. I had 2 drivers cancel on me after waiting and then the 3rd driver "Mlungisi" let me down. The App said he would be here in 11 min, he then called and told me he was running 30 min late. I told him to cancel as I could not wait which he accepted. I then called UBER whom arrived here in 4min. Mlungisi then pitched up here 30min later after I left and confirming cancellation (which I have a voice recording of on record) and then debits my credit card with the amount of R 60 for services not recieved. After calling him to dispute this he was aggressive and arrogant on the phone with once again I kept record of! What does one do here!
