I got a message that my account was blocked due to unusual activity. Therefore any trip I make I can't use my capitec card only cash but all of a sudden I just received an sms from my bank that taxify took R120 how when taxify won't even allow me to use that card and also I'm sitting at my desk in the office. That technically amounts to ***** on your end which I need rectified as I didn't use taxify today and I can't even book a trip with that card but suddenly money is being taken from it, how???
