Taxify now known as Bolt,they deducted money from my account without my consent,I never took the trip and I never requested a trip and they deducted R722. I have opened a case of ***** with the South African police because I have all the proof. They have been lying that they will refund me the cash but they never did, they don't have office numbers existing, it's all just a *****.Please don't use their services and no wonder Taxi Drivers beat them up and they deserve that because they are Tsotsi and I wont rest until some is arrested for ***** and theft and this **** company closed mark my words
