Taxify charged me R799 for a trip I never requested and I immediately alerted my bank and Taxify if the ********** transaction. I was "contacted" via a chat since Taxify does not have contact numbers and promised that I will receive my refund once the " investigation" was done. Now it's all silence and zero communication regarding my refund. This whole App including its drivers are ********* and *****'s.. I'm utterly disgusted and I STILL WABT MY REFUND.
