I would like a cash refund for the below trips all for 31 April 2019

Vusumzi was your driver.21:08 This driver couldn't tell me where he was but I told him where I was, then he told me I should cancel the trip because he couldn't come to my location This is ***** as I waited for him and he cancelled the trip and now I should pay R12

This is another *****, found the car, driver was not in the car and finally he says he doesn't have fuel since am paying with a card, and told me to request another taxify

Then I get charged R19 for this bad service mean while I never even used this service

Taxify is becoming dangerous for us clients as there is no proper safety measures,this drivers are unprofessional and they make you wait on purpose so that you can pay more

Ive had other drivers telling me that since you paying with a card,i cant take you,never seen such things with UBER
