Forgot phone on bolt

Good day I just wanna warm people about Bolt. We used their rides and forgot one of our phones and they have since been so unhelpful in terms of us trying to recover the phone back.

They refused to give us the driver’s contact details and also they ignored our communication. Basically we have forfeited that phone.

Never ever think you will recover your lost item from them.
