forgot phone in car

I took Taxify on Sunday evening 19 of Aug and i forgot my phone in the car I tried phoning my phone as soon as i realized I didn't have it and around after 5 minutes of trying to ring it my phone was switched off and it doesn't ring anymore and i charged it fully to 100% at work... I am highly concerned about my phone as it has personal information on it and family photos..

I have been using Taxify for 6 months pretty much everyday since i download the app and I prefer you guys over Uber and the drivers give excellent SERVICE..

I have tried emailing you guys on monday already but no one has come back to me can somebody please help me.
