First and last horrible experience

<p>My first time as a taxify user I've always been an Uber user and therefore I expected great service like I normally get with uber but at the time I booked the taxify I saw the discount will be app**** but then my card got rejected forcing me to make a cash trip and therefore the discount fell away I really don't think this is fair I do however believe it's misleading and the only reason I continued with the trip was because I was forced to take it to work and didn't have a choice at all otherwise I'd be late even though the time with taxify didn't matter I'm just highly disappointed in the horrible first time experience normally one puts your best foot forward on first impressions but I doubt with this company because it has been the worst experience ever and therefore I think you guys should step back and let uber do its job instead</p>
