Fees deducted

How many times does Bolt deduct preregistration fees? Upon loading my debit card, I was informed that a once off fee will be deducted and It'll be refunded immediately. This never happened, instead a second preregistration fee has been deducted and there's no response on my complaint. There's not even an option to cancel card payment
