FALSE ADVERTISING

Taxify advertises that if you recomend their service to a friend the new client (the friend) gets R150 off the first trip.

I get invited, I download the application, request my trip! BUT THEN my trip comes to R220 and R220 gets deducted from my credit card!!!! NO R150 off!!!!

I request my refund and they want to give me promo codes for my next trip. I am out of pocket because of this false advertising, now I am told that Taxify does not do refunds! (This is total nonsense).

If I get this *****elent treatment with my first trip, why in hell would I want to use this service again?

I used Uber countless times and not once was I *****ed out of money!

I want my refund from Taxify!

Legal action should be taken against these ******/*****s for the false advertising.

I will never use TAXIFY ever again!!!!
