Extremely poor service

2 week now asking for help, no response but the consultants can send the massages regarding what concerns the business but my issues are ignored and it affecting me, I am having a problem with the clients requesting the ride seeing the car near their destination while I am too far from them and they will swear me because they think I am lying and they end up cancelling trips which led to me being blocked and fined and it not my fault and they do not want to help me. what kind of the service business is this? this is the second problem I have 3 weeks pack it took time for them to ling me with the vehicle as of now I am driving but I never went for training because they are not availing the training centre, how do you guys prioritise your clients?
