Extremely overcharged

I've been a loyal user of Taxify and Uber for years now and I must say tonight I really feel cheated as I requested a ride after work the ride was estimated at R148 max and keep in mind that's with my discount excl discount it was estimated to be R157 just before I made it home and got out I glanced up and I caught the driver change the price manually on the app to R184 I asked him and he acted like he didn't a hear a word I said I mean if these drivers can do such will always be ****** of our money as long as they don't fix this horrific situation I will spread the word and educate my fellow humans not to ever use this app

I'm very unhappy about my recent experience and I'm waiting for an response from them to explain me why they allow or condone such actions As I have screenshots of all the costs
