Extremely disgusted by a taxify driver

Today my girlfriend was sweared at by a taxify driver named Siphelele ***). She came back home in tears and noted that the driver was extremely abusive verbally and she would like to report this to the police and the ombudsman. This is highly disturbing as I also need to go look for the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen to my woman once again
