EXTRA DEDUCTIONS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT!!!!

My son used Taxify on the 29th May and I decided to pay with my credit card. When he got into the vehicle, I got a notification at 07h54 to say R100 was deducted to TAXIFY PRE Tallinn....which I thought was for the ride. Then, another notification at 08h38 to say R155 was paid to TAXIFY 201 Tallinn, for which I received a receipt. WHY DID YOU DEDUCT THE R100??? I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY REFUNDED AS I PAID R155 FOR THE RIDE. I sent an email and facebook message but no response to date!!!!
