Experienced A Horrible Service

I requested a cab 45 minutes ago to kyalami and the first guy was so slow until i had to send him a message to ask if hes still coming and he said i must cancel and request another one. I cancelled and requested another one, the guy came for a pick up but as soon as i got in the car he realised that i had a 80% off promo and told me to get off and request another one because he didnt come all the way to pick me up for such a small amount if money (JF35PP GP). I then requested another one and the guy came and as i got in the car he asked how much it charged me and i told him and he acted all shocked. I told him about the promo and he said he knows nothing about it. We argued until i decided that we should settle for a better amount because i was in a hurry (FR95RK GP). I dont understand why bolt makes promos while their drivers dont want to pick us up using the promos
