Exceptional Customer Service -- Taxify SA

Yesterday i requested a ride and the fare was R23, so the driver picks me up and we on the road. The driver decides to take a longer route. When i reached my destination i was charged R37 due to him taking a longer route. So i paid nonetheless. But right after the ride i rated the driver and went to query this change in fare price. So with just a click on the available options in the app i was able to log the query and immediately get a discount coupon.

I didnt expect the quick and efficient response to my query. So i would just like commend Taxify SA for the great customer service. Keep it going.
