Eckard the taxify ***** driver

Had a bad experience with taxify on Sunday the 2nd...left my phone in a taxify ride and I immediately called it..it rang and it was switched off by the driver...his name is Eckard I then sent an email to taxify which never responded to me I even sent the ride receipt from my email but till today no response.....
