Drunk & Rude driver

Worse service by the taxify driver his name is Phila, my sister was from the airport used taxify. Driver got there drunk,driver started conversation with her she told the driver was not comfortable with the chat, driver became angry cause he was proposing love to her she kept on declining him. This Phila driver started becoming aggressive driving badly.My sister told him she is going to report him,he told her he won't even get suspend or fired for his actions. He kept on threating her she knows where she is going will come there & beat her up or worse. My sister kept on calling the cell no.provided by the taxify it kept on saying voicemail was full. My sister is now so terified of this cause now this guy knows where she stays. I tried also to cell number provided by taxify & emails nothing is happening. This means taxify is promoting drunken driving & abuse to women.
