Drunk, high or seriously fatigued driver

My driver was either drunk, high on something or extremely fatigued. It was one of the scariest experiences, and it was late in the evening and we were already on a highway so it was also not safe to request him to pull over so that I could get out. He was swerving all over the road, driving in the middle of two lanes and had his head in his hands and not watching the road on numerous occasions. To top his awful experience off I have reported the incident to Taxify and am yet to receive a response, even after I requested at least an acknowledgment that hey had received the report so that hopefully another persons life is not out in danger by this same driver. Would never recommend using them especially since they do not take customer complaints of a serious nature into account. Who knows whether the next person will be lucky enough to get home safely with this driver who will not have been reprimanded.
