Drunk Driver!!!

on Monday, 3rd December 2018. I requested taxify, got to the vehicle and firstly it was absolutely filthy, with old bread lying around on the back seat and the vehicle and Driver reeking of alcohol as we drove off the driver kept checking his cellphone , I had a look at the driver in the mirror from the back seat, firstly he looked nothing like the picture displayed on the drivers profile, secondly his eyes were blood shot red, he carried on driving I asked him to slow down and he made as if he never heard me. We then came closer to a stop street, he completely missed the stop street went right over had to swerve to the right side of the road as we almost hit a taxi.All he said was he never saw the stop sign , with no apology, and laughed at me when I asked him to be more vigilant on the road. I couldn't get out of the vehicle in the middle of nowhere, I am disgusted by the poor service and to top it off , I have heard nothing back from taxify after contacting them immediately after the incident. It is now day 3.This is not the First incident with taxify , please do a full on back ground check on your drivers , otherwise im not sure what kind of ***** business this really is, if I am not contacted soonest , I will take it further.
