Drivers should know directions

I would like to file a complaint on the rude behavior and utter unprofessionalism of the driver this morning. I called for a taxi at 7am so I can make it to work which was less than 5mins from my pick up point. The driver got lost and blamed me for his lack of direction. After waiting 20mins I had to cancel and use a different service not only making me late for work but also inconveniencing me. Your taxi drivers should know how to use directions, I don’t know the city that well and that’s why most of us use the taxi service. I am utterly appalled with the behavior of the said driver and also the time wasted waiting for my ride. I should not have to direct the driver, he/she should be fami**** with road names and be able to read the locations provided by your maps. He called a number of times and couldn’t follow simple instructions, I said I checked on my google maps and I was standing on Bram Fischer at the traffic light after samora Micheal which was quite a simple instruction for any person who knows how to use their maps. Bramfischer is a one way street making it very simple to find. In future ensure your drivers know the city they are driving in. This one bad experience could affect the way in which we use your services.
