Driver stole my money and called me stupid

I requested a ride on the 11/04/2021 and the driver decided to start the ride without me and drove to my destination...he claimed that money while I was still looking for him. I called him and he called me stupid saying he has been looking for me and I should have cancelled the ride if I was struggling to see him. Really? So Bolt has people who will ***** our money and call us stupid? Are they dealing with such individuals accordingly? I wrote to Bolt support and we are approaching the second day I haven’t assisted
