Driver overcharged and stole from me

Had a driver, Pedro collect me in Cape Town, when we reached my destination he did not end my ride, instead he rode around with my ride still active. I have tried calling him to get him to end it but he kept rejecting my calls. He eventually ended my ride in Lansdowne and charged my card R263 Nobody on the app has responded, I emailed Bolt when they sent me a receipt but no reply either. They are ******* and don't care.
