Driver not stopping at a Stop street

On Tuesday, 27th November 2018, early evening I ordered an taxify. Myself and my 6 year old daughter was in an sudden accident when one of your drivers did not stop at a stop Street. I sat at somerset hospital from 9pm that evening left the hospital at 5:50 the following morning. The window turner was stuck in my leg .He had no decency of showing any sympathy what so ever.

This is the 2nd accident I am in with your service, last time I was told there is nothing you can do when I called. I left it be. I think you guys need to take responsibility as I have been injured been put off work for two day. My body is in pain, I am brused, people's life's are at risk - I could have lost my daughter thank God she was on the opposite side.

I do hope you see the seriousness in this matter, last time my email was not responded to and the 'reception' lady I had a telephinic conversation with was not helpful at all.
