Driver Misconduct

The driver accepted my ride and collected me from my destination. The driver’s phone switched of in the middle of the trip. He asked then stopped the car and focused on charging his phone. He asked if I would pay cash or card, I rep**** and told him it’s a card payment and that I was not carrying cash on me. He then told me he wouldn’t continue with the ride and I should get off. I told him that it would be impossible for me to get off due to the fact that I was carrying my handbag and laptop on me aswel as it was already dark outside. I was also unable to request as the ride was still pending on my phone because it wasn’t cancelled of stopped. He then told me he would not move from that location and that I should find my own way home. I then had to call someone to pick me up.
