Driver Misconduct

Good day

I’d like to report a driver’s ********* and unprofessional behavior. Yesterday (05/07/2018) I requested a Taxify ride where the driver started the trip yet did not even arrive to pick me up, I called him more than 3 times requesting that he cancels the ride so that I can request another ride of which he did not do. This cause an inconvenience for me as I could not cancel the unauthorized ride and I had to wait for approximately 20min for him to end the ride in order for me to access the app again.
