I made use of taxify yesterday to take me from my workplace, Mispel Road Bellville to Bellville Taxi rank. The estimated cost of my trip was R30.00. I was charged R125 because the driver ended my trip at a location in Brackenfell. I've requested assistance with this via the app, but nobody is getting back to me. I would like to request a refund as soon as possible. Regards
