I used the app to book a ride for my daughter on this past Saturday evening from Umdloti to Umhlanga, the app said the driver was close, so my daughter went out on the street to wait, the driver never came, 10 minutes later she comes back into the house, but on the app the driver Philani "had collected and was on route to Umhlanga" without my daughter. we tried to call countless times and text on various phones but he ignored the calls, picked up and cut the call. I now have been billed R135 for a ride I did not take, this is ***** and I have emailed them but no one has come back to me, any ideas now to get my cash back and report this ********** driver? Help please
