Driver drove off with my belongings and taxify is silent

The driver intentionally drove off with my belongings after an argument we had because he wanted to drop me off at the wrong place in the middle of the night- 11:45pm to be specific I've been trying to contact taxify and I still have gotten no response. I had valuable belongings in those bags.. including a laptop. The drivers name is mcanyane Nkosi
