Driver disappeared with the laptop

Good Day.

I requested Bolt this morning and due to my personal reasons I had to cancel the trip. It was for Bolt to deliver a laptop to me. The driver went ahead and fetch that laptop from where it was supposed to come from. I contacted Bolt on numerous occasions to trace their driver since morning but no Lucky. I wanted to use the laptop urgently since it is for work. Till now, almost 1pm I still didn't get any help. I do have a screen shot of the driver and the number plate of the car. Any help in this regard to get my laptop back will be appreciated.
