Driver complaint

Please assist with this bill as I don't understand why was I charged a trip to Randburg yet I request for 26 Malmesbury. In short I request for friends as I did not take the ride with them, the driver continued the trip to Randburg without my concert as this is my account and I only requested a trip from Soweto to Malmesbury. The driver failed to notify me on time of the trip however only called me after 5 hours later to notify me that the had been change on the trip and that will results to a high x amount than the initial x amount. of that is unfair as your driver spend money from my account without my consent.
