Down with Taxify (Bolt)

So here is what is happening in the eye of public transport. I have used this app for a while and noticed some really scetchy things. Unsafe cars drivers that dont match there profile and then last night. I get a trip with taxify (Bolt) for my guests from our restaurant to go back home. I look at the app and notice the car is not moving. Call the emergency line and the inform me that the car has been in an accident. Then this company has the nuts on them to bill my account and no one responds to any of my mails and best of all the head office has a cell nr that is off. I hope to find the right people to help me get this company banned as a public transporter. We use these guys so we get home safe.
