Double payment for 1 trip

I had a bad experience with my last taxify ride . Before we could reach my destination, something exploded from the bonnet of the car, and the driver had to stop and asked me to request another ride and he will cancel the ride from his side. Because i was late for my meeting, then i requested again. As usual, i didn't worry because i knew i was gonna query if the cancellation did not happen. I've sent 2 emails already but no 1 bothered to give me feedback, but on my statement i was charged for 2 trips
