double pay

i took a ride with taxify on the 28th August 2017 with Sipho Patrick to cresta the final price was too high over the value i got for the estimate because he wouldn't listen and we got lost . i paid cash and they also debited from my account, send a query and called him but did not get my refund to date

please refund me my R125, IL be going back to Uber thank
