Distressed from taxify driver treatment...

Hi;

I have been calling your driver with regards to an item that he did not take out from his car. This has been from 14h18 since he dropped me I have been calling him since then. He started by not picking up the phone which I feel is very unprofessional after a while he picked up and said he would drop the parcel..he called back again and advised he doesn't even know if the parcel is still there he will check, when he did check he said he would drop the parcel at 16h30 he is sleeping. All I want is my parcel. Please can you contact the driver below andadvise him that I still need that parcel. I find his conduct concerning this matter very unprofessional. People should take note of this the drivers have no courtesy, absolutely no professionalism.
