Dissappointed with service

I am very disappointed with what happened yesterday the 27 October 2019. I requested from Eastgate Mall and had to cancel 2 drivers which that charged me. They did not show up but 1 called asking me to go to a certain location which I did but there was no sign of his car. The 3rd driver that I requested came and had me and my kids follow him around until he came and rudely told us to cancel and get us another driver without an explanation. I had to be charged cancellation fees

On the same day around 09h00 from home wanting to go out my sister requested for me but the driver turned on our street and when we called he rudely said we must cancel because our street lights are not working another R10 cancellation fee.

Some of your drivers are rude and I do not expect such treatment as I always use your services almost 5 days in a week
