Dissapointed client

I am so disappointed with the customer service at Bolt. I requested a ride early this morning around 7 from my child's school to my place, the estimated maximum amount was R 37,00. Taxify charged me R 490,00 for less than 10 min drive. i reported the matter on the app support system all i receive was automated response. No one has done nothing since . I need my money.
