Disrespectful driver

Some bolt drivers are rude, Mpumelelo who deive a Toyota Corolla FM95PDGP accepted my ride then asked how much the ride is, Itold him and told to to cancel the trip of which I refused as he had accepted. He said I deserve taxis or to walk with such a behaviour, bolt should really deal with their drivers becouse their customer service is really poor.. Y'all will lose customers because of such drivers, he doesn't even deserve to be transporting people with such attitude..
