Dishonest Taxify Driver

I accidentally forgot my phone in the car when I was dropped off. Not even 2minutes passed when I realised I don't have my phone. I called my number from my sisters phone, the driver picked up and did not say anything. I called a few more times and no response. I eventually got another phone. I downloaded the app again to report this incident via the app. To my surprise I found out that trips have been booked while I did not even had a phone. The drivers name is Meluleki and this happened on 21April 2019. They are just like normal taxi drivers.
