Dishonest taxify driver

A dishonest taxify driver by the name of Pule picked me from the Glen mall to Bedford garden centre on the 28th of May.Upon dropping me he said that his phone's battery was flat and he couldn't charge me.I paid him a forfeited amount. Two days latter I was surprised to receive an email stating that I didn't settle my bill because of that my account is blocked.This driver Pule is really dishonest because the drop off address is not of the place where he dropped me.
