dishonest driver from taxify

i want to report the taxify drivers for being dishonest. I took a ride with taxify and upon arrival at destination the driver didn't have change and I was already late for work so I asked him to go look for change while I go to my workplace to clock in. and he must let me know when he gets back so that I can take my change. he NEVER came back with my change, everytime I call him he drops my calls and doest respond to my messages, im very disappointed about taxify.
