Disgusting Service????

‪@Boltapp_za Am utterly disappointed at this service. I requested for a trip on the 10th August from Rabie Ridge Ext 4 to Tembisa however the driver failed to end the trip after the trip was taken. i was overcharged by the driver. I took it upon myself to lay a complaint on the actual Bolt application on Tuesday 13th August and was contacted and was surprisingly on the same day. I was advise by the agent that I would be credited with a R100 free discounted trip, it is today the 15th and am still waiting!! I need this sorted ASAP! ‬
