Disgusting service

Yesterday I was charged more then double da rate I normally pay for a the trip I took. When I asked the driver who was Mazwi and he was very rude, he said he doesn't know . If you guys will carry on treating loyal customers like this you will lose business. I am going on all social networks. And you have never refunded me for my authorization fee...you are ****s
